Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

After shipping, orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

  • - Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: Rs.50 shipping charge
  • - Other states in India: Rs.100 shipping charge

Delivery Area

We currently deliver products across India.

Shipping Partner

Orders are shipped through ST Courier and other available courier partners if required.

Cash on Delivery

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery of the product.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is only applicable if:

  • - The customer receives a damaged product, or
  • - The wrong product is delivered.

To request a replacement:

  • - Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • - A complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Requests without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

Exchange Requests

Exchange requests based on personal preference, design choice, or change of mind may not be accepted.
